不具合
The Water Utility Mobile Map application (ArcGIS 10.2) installation executable does not install on 32-bit Windows, returning an error indicating the file is not compatible with the Windows version. However, if the installation file is run and extracted on a 64-bit Windows, and moved to a 32-bit windows, the application executable runs.
