The Video Multiplexer tool does not correctly attach metadata to exported videos when using ArcGIS Full Motion Video 1.3.2 in ArcMap 10.5.1 in Spanish Windows 10.

The FMV video multiplexer does not provide support for non-English Windows language packs. It is also not set up to read special characters, like accent marks, which may be present in the language packs outside of English. All input must adhere to the MISB specifications outlined in the ST 0601 Datalink Local Set. It is recommended that users remove accent marks and any other special characters not approved and outlined in the ST 0601 Local Set (http://www.gwg.nga.mil/misb/).対処法
Use the English language pack in Windows 10 and switch back to the Spanish pack after the process.再現の手順
