This issue is closed as it is not reproducible at ArcGIS Enterprise version 10.7.1 and above.対処法
- For ArcGIS Enterprise 10.5.1, add the layer as an item to the portal via the ArcGIS Online service URL.
- Upgrade to ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1 and above. This behavior does not replicate in the upgraded version.
