不具合
The URLs for appProxies set in the 'Subscriber content access' of a Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS app are deleted if the 'App state' setting is toggled and the app is saved.

対処法
Do not toggle the App State setting after the subscriber content access has been set.
- In the Attribute section, select the App State.
- Save a copy of the web app.
- In the Attribute section, click Subscriber content access and add a service.
- Save the app.
- Publish this copy of the app.
