This issue is not addressed within the current product support cycle. If the issue continues to affect work in a supported release, contact Esri Technical Support. It is recommended to migrate to ArcGIS Pro as there are no plans to release an ArcGIS Desktop 10.9. 対処法

After upgrading the geodatabase, remove the General Update Patch to remove the 'Update Geodatabase' option. This workaround does not help when using PostgreSQL on Linux.
