不具合
The updated tracks created using the Track Viewer app are not displayed in ArcGIS Pro when the data is added from ArcGIS Online.

ArcGIS Pro is caching data from the server and must be triggered to empty or drop the local cache files. Refer to the suggestions listed in the workaround.対処法
Disable auto-caching or empty the feature cache. For more information, refer to https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/manage-feature-cache.htm. Caching can also be disabled from the layer properties. It appears that the data is being cached locally while ArcGIS Pro is open.
