This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.1 and 2.9.7. Running an update on all subnetworks with continuous failure after enabling the network topology can sometimes fail on a file geodatabase and return the error message, "ERROR 160319: Error stopping an edit session with save edits."対処法
One of the file geodatabase indexes was corrupt, causing the tool to fail. A fix is to be made in ArcGIS Pro 3.1. For ArcGIS Pro 2.9.x, the workaround is as follows:
- Close ArcGIS Pro.
- Delete the a0000001a.FDO_GLOBALID.atx file using the file explorer.
- Restart ArcGIS Pro and run the tool.
