The Update data dialog fails to load with hosted feature layers created via the Content, New Item and the Feature Layer dialog.

対処法
- Navigate to the item details of the problematic hosted feature layer and click on Export Data and export to file geodatabase (FGDB).
- Download the file geodatabase (FGDB).
- In ArcGIS Pro, add the file geodatabase as a new file connection by right-clicking on File in the Catalog pane of the ArcGIS Pro project.
- Add the feature layer to the Content pane of the project.
- Overwrite the web layer.
- When checking the item details of the hosted feature layer, update the data.
