This behavior is as designed. The datetime values in the GeoJSON have explicit time zone information (GMT suffix). therefore a conversion is not applied.対処法
- Update the data with a CSV or Microsoft Excel file.
- Remove the time zone suffix (GMT) from the datetime values in the GeoJSON file.
