不具合
The tile layer is not generated in ArcGIS Online when using the ArcGIS Online / Bing Maps / Google Maps Tiling Scheme for data located in specific areas, for specific scale levels and some coordinate systems.

Set the levels of detail to include scales at which the data would draw and publish again.
