The survey does not exist or is inaccessible when accessing the survey in the Survey123 website if the initial survey title includes brackets.

対処法
The issue occurs if brackets are included in the title of the survey during the initial set-up. To resolve, perform any of the workarounds below:
- Do not include brackets in the title of the survey.
- Create the survey first based on a different title, and edit the survey title to include the brackets.
