1.Create index for the joining;2.Export as shapefile;This issue is reproducible with File Geodatbase and not reproducible when Join is on Personal Geodatabase or Shapefile.Added by Ashwini Pade-Can work with following workarounds1. Convert File Geodatabase to Personal Geodatabase before joining data2. Convert File Geodatabase feature class to shapefile before joining data.3.
