対処法
Customize the edit form in ArcPad Studio to include the subtype field. Specify the customized AXF upon checkout.OrUncheck the 'Only get fields specified as visible in layer's properties' box in the Select Output Options page of the Get Data for ArcPad wizard. However, users could run into the following bug:Related Table with subtype does not create default forms when performing a check out with Data Manager.The end result is that the related table only has the "Attributes" page instead of a full edit form.再現の手順
