The Story Map Series applications do not load maps in certain tabs if working with multiple maps and the total number of vector tile layers exceeds 16, yet there are no error or warning messages.

We are aware of this issue. It has been reported by a very small number of customers and there are workarounds to avoid it, so we do not currently see it as a high priority issue given the development effort it would involve to build in checks and messaging to Map Series and other Story Map builders to alert authors to this situation. The issue is caused by a current behavior of the JSAPI. There are no plans to address this behavior in the 3.x JSAPI (which Map Series and other current story map builders use). Additionally, Series and the other classic templates are in extended support and will move to mature support in October 2023. That means the classic templates are in the latter stages of support so typical enhancements and fixes are not being considered. Users are encouraged to use ArcGIS StoryMaps, which is built on modern mapping technology that has eliminated many of the cases where this issue can arise.再現の手順
