不具合
The Split Centerline By Point tool does not split the centerline at the point clicked on the map, and the split is offset.

This is data issue specific. The Z values of the calibration points, centerlines, and routes are not aligned. Once correcting the Z values to align, the tool works as expected.対処法
Use the Split Centerline By Measure tool as this will split it in the desired location.
