不具合
The Size setting is missing from the Symbol properties when a point layer is symbolized using the 'Types (unique symbols)' option in the new Map Viewer.

参考情報
The size is not displayed if the Adjust Size Automatically option is enabled. The option is enabled by default and can be unchecked in the symbol styler when clicked on the color ramp button. Once unchecked, the setting symbol size for each individual symbol is enabled.対処法
1. Open the layer in Map Viewer Classic.
2. Set it to unique symbology.
3. Change the symbol size away from the default.
4. Save the layer. When opening the layer on the new map viewer, the Size button is exposed.
