This was a very nice find. The issue is somehow related to how the GP tool and DDP interact. This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro. Due to the limited development resources and other higher priority issues and the fact that this is a less common scenario, we most likely won't address this issue for 10.x.再現の手順
