This bug has been tested on Windows 8.1, Desktop 10.5 (build 6360). The issue, as described, is not reproducible. Both .tiff and grid outputs are generating correct noData values. Diff of .tiff and grid outputs produce all zeros, which means there is no difference between the two outputs.再現の手順
