対処法
Add pro.arcgis.com to the Trusted Sites in Internet Options:
- Open the Control Panel application.
- Select Network and Internet.
- Click Internet Options.
- In the Internet Properties dialog box, click the Security tab.
- Select Trusted Sites and click the Sites button.
- Add https://pro.arcgis.com as a trusted website.
