The sdetype.h file indicates the password length should be 256. The user is receiving an error if the password length exceeds 159.

Apologies for being unable to address this issue within the current product support cycle. If the issue continues to affect work in a supported release, please contact Technical Support.対処法
Configure the tnsnames.ora file and use ‘Net Service name’ or since Oracle 19c contains an Easy Connect Plus with a shorter connect string (less likely to exceed the 159 character limit).
