不具合
The script in ArcGIS For Local Government, My Government Services Garbage, Recycling and Yard Waste Collection does not return expected date when using the Test function in Configure Pop-Up pane in ArcGIS Online.

Date( value?, month?, day?, hour?, minute?, second?, millisecond?) https://developers.arcgis.com/arcade/function-reference/date_functions/ If the Date function is evaluated as (2018-6-5) in a new Arcade expression it returns: 31 Dec 1969 07:00:02 pm. If the Date function is (2018,6,5) it returns: 05 Jul 2018 12:00:00 am (note in Arcade months range from 0-11). Using this format returns the proper pickup date.再現の手順
