ArcGIS Pro handles the rounding differently compared to ArcMap. Use another fitting strategy for a more preferred scale bar division. If scale bars need to always be a specific unit length, like 1 inch, that would be a new fitting strategy and should be requested as an enhancement or voted up on the Ideas site.再現の手順
