対処法
Comment the following lines in the WorkflowManager.conf and keep one Workflow Manager (WFM) service running to change the multi-machine setup to a single-machine setup:
- play.modules.disabled += "esri.workflow.utils.inject.LocalDataProvider"
- play.modules.enabled += "esri.workflow.utils.inject.DistributedDataProvider"
