参考情報
The server responses indicate the tiles can be cached for 24 hours (Response Header > Cache > Cache Control). The client therefore does not trigger a new web-request, but pulls from its cache. This would work as expected if the service is configured so that the tiles expire faster or there is no caching enabled at all.再現の手順
