The pop-ups in the Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS operation view fails to work as expected when configured via the 'A custom attribute display' option with the ampersand (&) symbol present.

参考情報
There are known limitations with the WPF architecture (desktop application) and has been deprecated. There are several workarounds to this: 1. On desktop, the issue only appears if you use a "custom attribute display". The workaround is to use "a field of attributes." 2. On desktop, if you separate the ampersand from the text, i.e. "Amoll & Sri" instead of "Amoll&Sri", it will work correctly. 3. In the web browser, there is no issue with the popup. 4. In the new Operations Dashboard beta, there is no issue.対処法
