Known limitation with multipart parcels in the Parcel fabric. Remainder: After doing a remainder on a multipart parcel, use the merge option to recreate the multipart with the delete parent parcels checked on. This workflow creates new connection line/lines between the multipart/parts that could have been affected by the remainder process.
