不具合
The Overwrite Hosted Feature Layer option does overwrite the feature service, however the features are not visible in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer.

1. Delete the hosted feature layer. 2. Navigate to the shapefile Item details page. Click Update.3. Once the shapefile is updated, click Publish. This published the new hosted feature layer.再現の手順
