This issue with a query layer is a known limit when publishing in ArcGIS Pro 2.9. This is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.0 and 2.9 patch 4 (2.9.4).対処法
- Register the database view with the geodatabase.
- Create the view in ArcGIS Pro 3.0.1 or ArcGIS Pro 2.9.4.
