参考情報
The 'Updated' value from an Open Data's dataset page reflects either the last edit date on the feature service or the last modified date on the Item Details of the service (whichever is more recent). It does not reflect the last harvest date of the dataset. The date displayed in the Data Manager tab of Open Data displays the last harvest date. The last harvest date of the dataset does not necessarily match the last edit date of the service or the last modified date of the Item Details.再現の手順
