The Multidimensional Info REST end point on an image service retains time ranges from the deleted rasters.

対処法
If the rasters in the mosaic dataset are deleted first and the new rasters are added, the Refresh Service process seems to update the Multidimensional Info correctly. However, the risk of removing the rasters first is if the add raster fails for whatever reason, it ends up with an empty imagery layer.
