Adding members with SAML or OIDC usernames containing less than 3 characters can be done through the /portaladmin/security/users/createUser API.対処法
Add members with SAML or OIDC usernames containing less than six characters ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4 through the /portaladmin/security/users/createUser API.
