The MGI Austria GK East (WKID: 31256) data is offset incorrectly when published as a hosted feature layer to ArcGIS Online using the ETRS 1989 To WGS 1984 + MGI To ETRS 1989 8 transformation path in ArcGIS Pro.

The development team has considered the issue or request and concluded it will not be addressed in the current release cycle. If this is still a concern, contact Esri Support Services.対処法
This issue only occurs while using the ArcGIS Coordinate Systems Data transformation. The issue is not observed if using the transformation available by default. Example: ETRS 1989 to WGS 1984 + MGI to ETRS 1989 5 or previous.
