不具合
The Make Table View tool output does not include a Query section in the Table Properties if the input table is an unregistered table picked from the Folder icon.

参考情報
When selecting an unregistered table from the folder icon, it will be a table data type. It does not make it a query layer. Adding the unregistered table to the map first and selecting that as the input will make it a query layer data type.対処法
Add the unregistered table to the map. From the Make Table View tool, select the input from the drop-down instead of using the folder option next to Input Table parameter.
