The List widget does not zoom to the map location in the Map widget of the web experience when the 'Zoom to' action is enabled in the List widget.

This is the expected behavior. If a data action is configured, use the top-right button in the widget to trigger the 'Zoom to' action. To go with the workflow of clicking select a feature and clicking map zoom automatically, a message action of the framework 'Record selection change' must be utilized. These two are different user scenarios with different workflows, achieved with different functions.
