This issue will not be addressed in the Public Notification (JavaScript Version). However, this issue is resolved in the newest version of the application using the Web AppBuilder configuration of the application. http://solutions.arcgis.com/local-government/help/public-notifications/対処法
Debugged with the user's code and found the request in 'infoWindow.js' is hard-coded to query the 'LOWPARCELID' field, and switch all the 'LOWPARCELID' field to the user's field name 'APN'.再現の手順
