The labels of CIMSymbols rendered using a dictionary renderer are cropped at some positions at certain zoom levels in ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript 4.28.

対処法
As a workaround, use the labelingInfo property on FeatureLayer to define the labels instead of defining them within the DictionaryRenderer.
