This issue is logged against Map Viewer Classic (ArcGIS API for JavaScript 3.x), which is now deprecated. For more information, refer to the deprecation notice: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662. The issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise Map Viewer (ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript 4.x). The Map Viewer is recommended for all user workflows.対処法
Manually create the labels in the web map when adding the service URL to the map.
