不具合
The inline upgrades from Oracle 11gR2 to Oracle 12c cause the Export Data Pump (EXPDP) to fail due to multiple references to ST_DOMAIN_METHODS and ST_DOMAIN_STATS being appended to the SYS.OBJ$ table.

ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired on March 1, 2026. Mature support means the end of functionality-based patches and hotfixes.
