The Information Lookup app is moved to mature support and is no longer updated. Kindly migrate to use the new Zone Lookup app which has replaced it. Refer to https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/configurable-apps/announcements/configurable-apps-announcement-apps-scheduled-to-move-to-mature-support-phase-december-2020/ for more information.対処法
Uncheck the option to show the basemap selector, so the request to the sharing or proxy endpoint is not made.
