不具合
The Import 3D Files tool fails to import DAE (COLLADA) files and returns the error message, "ERROR 050038: NO VALID FILES" if the DAEs are created with a third-party software.

The input may be a valid DAE model but since it only consists of points and lines, the geoprocessing tool cannot import it to output a multipatch feature class, which should be at least a face and at most a volume like geometry. A fix would be a warning or error.対処法
Export the files to a different format.
