The hyperlinks referencing another field in the pop-up are not clickable in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4 Map Viewer.

対処法

• If the field is added as a part of the pop-up, it will present a view link that directs to the URL.
• If the URL is hyperlinked itself instead of referencing the URL in the table, it will present as expected.
• Author the text element using Arcade content elements and define the link within the Arcade expression (refer to the documentation: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/mapping/part-1-introducing-arcade-pop-up-content-elements for more information)
