This issue is related to a known limitation with software that lies outside of Esri's control. When using an iframe, ensure height and width parametres are adequate.対処法
Resize the inline frame (iframe). For serial charts with <25% of the overall db height, the iframe height parametr needs to be increased to ~1050.
