Publishing the areas of interest uses the mathematical limits of a coordinate reference system. For all cases of Mercator, that’s +/-89 degrees latitude. The EPSG-defined area of interest uses a US-military usage, as areas above 84 N and 80 S must use the stereographic projection instead. Other users may use the Mercator projection beyond those limits.再現の手順
