This is a limitation of the .dbf file which has a size limit of 2 GB.対処法
1. Enable background geoprocessing from the Geoprocessing menu > Geoprocessing Options.2. Launch the Geocode Addresses tool from ArcToolbox > Geocoding Toolbox to geocode the 1M record table with the USA or USA_ZIP4 address locator.再現の手順
