不具合
The following error message, "TypeError: Object of type FeatureSet is not JSON serializable error" is returned in versions of ArcGIS Pro after 3.3.0 or ArcGIS Notebooks 10.0 when passing a point geometry. This error is returned with layers used in ArcGIS Workforce regardless of the layer's origin.

This issue is fixed with ArcGIS Python API 2.4. This version of the Python API library is the default with upcoming release of Pro 3.4, and will also be AGOL's default library version as of the November 2024 release. Users should update to the version 2.4 library by cloning/updating the environment in Pro.対処法
Use ArcGIS API for Python 2.4.0 (or earlier versions before 2.3.0).
