I am able to reproduce the problem on an iOS device, but since this issue was found in the v1/legacy Operations Dashboard (http://www.arcgis.com/apps/dashboard/index.html#/), and our v1 app is in mature support where no more new releases are planned, we will not be able to address this issue. Moving forward we encourage our customers to migrate to v2 Dashboard: http://www.arcgis.com/apps/opsdashboard/index.html#/
