This is as designed. In order to automatically apply the configured filter to an ArcGIS Experience Builder app when it is opened in a view mode, the 'Apply this filter automatically' option must be enabled in the Filter widget settings. Otherwise, the filter will not be applied to the dataset until it is toggled on.再現の手順
