The issue is non-reproducible in ArcGIS Desktop 10.8.1.

対処法

Select the features required.
In the Table Of Contents, right-click the feature class.
Select Data > Export Data.
Export the selected features as a new feature class.

OR

Change the symbology of the selection layer by left or right-clicking on the symbol in the Table Of Contents. Changing the symbol in the Table Of Contents does not break the selection layer. However, it is not possible to change the transparency, use unique values, or quantitative symbology.
