不具合
The feature classes which are manually uploaded to ArcGIS Online from the ArcGIS Pro file geodatabase do not honor the visible extent range set in the Visualization tab of the hosted feature service.

This issue will not be addressed in the current release cycle. If this is still a concern, contact Esri Support Services.対処法
- In the Visualization tab for the hosted feature service, change the symbology and save the layer. The visibility range can be altered and saved after.
- The original hosted feature service can be exported to File Geodatabase and published.
