The window is configured this way in the 'Close options' setting: The 'Click outside to close Window' is not checked. In this case, the blur event to close the window is not accepted; thus, ESC shall not close this window either.対処法
On an experience or splash window with a Button widget configured as a close button, pressing Tab + Enter selects the Button widget and closes the splash window.
